Maxion Wheels’ San Luis Potosi Plant awarded the Quality Plus State Recognition

Maxion Wheels Matter

17 companies participated in the 25th edition of the 2017 State Quality Award, of which Maxion Wheels’ San Luis Potosi Plant was awarded the Quality Plus State Recognition organized by the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) in San Luis Potosí.

The ceremony was headed by the Governor of the State, Juan Manuel Carreras López; the Municipal President, Ricardo Gallardo Juárez; the Secretary of Economic Development, Gustavo Puente Orozco; the president of Canacintra, Raúl Martínez Jiménez, and the coordinator of the Quality Group, Luis Tobías Castillo.

In his speech, the president of Canacintra shared an example from each winner demonstrating how this award represents their competitiveness, innovation, and resulting excellence. Without these qualities, customers will look elsewhere.

The difference between the Quality Award and Quality Plus Award is the additional focus on social responsibility. For that reason Maxion Wheels is achieving for second time this recognition and for the third time winning a place in the Quality Award program.

Congratulations to the Maxion Wheels team in San Luis Potosi for this important recognition, it’s a great example of your commitment to the customer and community.
