Executive Leadership Appointments Announced
Transforming Organizational Structure for Enhanced Collaboration and Growth
Maxion Wheels, the world’s leading wheel manufacturer, announced today several appointments for its executive Leadership Team.
In a strategic move, aimed at fostering greater collaboration and increasing efficiency, Maxion Wheels announced the introduction of a new Chief Technical Officer (CTO) role with the integration of Engineering, OPEX and Quality. Promoted to this new executive leadership position is Zeferino Neto, previously serving as Maxion Wheels’ Business Unit President for the Americas. Ralf Duning, after a successful 10 years with Maxion Wheels as Vice President of Global Engineering, will retire. By consolidating Engineering, OPEX, and Quality under Neto’s responsibility, the company is positioning itself to better harness the synergies of these critical functions.
Replacing Neto as Maxion Wheels’ Business Unit President for the Americas is Alexandre Becker. Prior to this appointment, Becker served as Maxion Wheels’ Operations Director for the Americas, and before that, Maxion Wheels’ Business Unit Controller for the Americas.
