We’re proud to celebrate the graduation of the first Formare class in Pune, India, marking an important step in empowering young talent through education and opportunity.

23 students successfully completed the program, and 20 – including five female graduates – will begin their careers with Maxion Wheels.

At the same time, we’re excited to welcome a second cohort of 27 students, continuing our commitment to skills development and inclusion.

As Formare continues to grow globally, we are already looking ahead to the program’s expansion to Türkiye in 2026 – bringing these opportunities to even more young people.
