Today, Iochpe-Maxion’s lauched the 2024 Integrated Report – its first ever.
This marks a significant evolution in how we communicate our strategy, performance, and long-term value creation. Moving beyond a traditional sustainability report, this integrated approach demonstrates how our financial results, environmental and social commitments, governance structures, and risk management are interconnected.
It reflects our commitment to transparency and resilience and provides stakeholders with a comprehensive view of how Maxion creates value for society, investors, and businesses.
2024 Highlights:
- 14% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions (vs. 2023)
- Launch of “We Care” — integrating Social Impact, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing initiatives
- Recognized for sustainability performance:
- Included in three of four B3 Sustainability Indexes
- EcoVadis Silver Medal
- Aluminum Stewardship Initiative Certification for our Ostrava, Czech Republic plant
