Pursuing value through partnerships

At Maxion Wheels we are committed to creating, developing, designing, manufacturing and delivering almost 55 million safe, quality wheels a year to the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers.

Our global success depends on our ability to innovate, collaborate and create value with our suppliers as procurement contributes significantly to a strong operative performance of our business.

As we aim to exceed our customers’ increasing expectations, we also expect our suppliers to conduct their operations in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, aligning with Maxion’s values and policies.

Responsible Sourcing

With 60-70% of Maxion Wheels’ total revenue purchased goods, our global supply chain is a major factor in the company’s sustainability targets and value creation. To achieve the necessary improvements in our sustainability performance, continuous and purposeful collaboration with our supply chain partners is a company priority.

Iochpe-Maxion’s Supplier Code of Conduct sets those expectations creating new business opportunities for partners who implement robust Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) measures along their supply chain. In a world of complex multi-tier supplier networks and a growing volatility of markets, strong collaboration, a willingness to transparency, and the joint commitment to responsible sourcing principles are essential between Maxion and its supply partners.

Maxion Wheels’ Responsible Sourcing Statement is meant to inspire suppliers and sub-suppliers to strive for transforming their operations towards and beyond the global sustainability agenda.

Trust and transparency aren't optional - they are the foundation of every strong partnership.
