We want you to feel supported and part of our team as soon as you say “yes.” In the weeks leading up to your start date, you will receive access to our digital Onboarding Portal, which provides useful and practical information that will give you a great head start in understanding the company's history, vision, mission, values, along with integral Corporate Policies.
On your first day, you are welcomed by your Manager, and your very own personal Peer Mentor. Consider this person your “go-to-guide” who is an experienced colleague at your side for the first six months to support you as you adapt to the new working environment and quickly build a network.
You will also find a structured Onboarding Plan built by your Manager, and ready to be enhanced with input from you. Our online tools keep all relevant information and the Maxion performance management system at your fingertips so you can apply your many talents right from the start.
